Dealer Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Applications are open to registered businesses operating in the lighting, interior design, architecture, or construction sectors. All applicants must provide valid trade registration documents, proof of business address, and recent financial statements. Alvelite Lighting reserves the sole right to approve or reject any dealer application.
Territory Agreements
Upon appointment, dealers may be granted a non-exclusive or exclusive territory depending on tier and negotiation. Exclusive territories are granted only to Platinum dealers achieving annual purchase targets. Territorial boundaries are defined in the individual Dealer Agreement and may not be extended without written consent from Alvelite.
Pricing & Margins
Dealers must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy at all times. Selling below MAP in any channel, including online marketplaces, is grounds for immediate termination. Alvelite reserves the right to adjust dealer pricing with 30 days written notice. Promotional discounts may be made available on a campaign basis at Alvelite's discretion.
Dealer Obligations
Authorised dealers are required to maintain a minimum display of 12 active Alvelite SKUs in their showroom or premises. Dealers must not sell or represent competing brands in the same product categories without written approval. Annual dealer training is mandatory. Dealers must respond to customer warranty claims within 5 business days and facilitate returns to Alvelite within 30 days.
Termination
Either party may terminate the dealer agreement with 60 days written notice. Alvelite may terminate immediately for cause including MAP violations, misrepresentation of products, failure to meet minimum purchase obligations for two consecutive quarters, or conduct damaging to the Alvelite brand. Upon termination, all marketing materials, display stock, and certificates must be returned.
